Sonia Veliz, Secretary

Secretary Sonia Veliz serves as the Board Relations Manager for Brooks and is responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to the Brooks Board of Directors, Property Owners Association, and Brooks Gives Back to include preparation of correspondence, facilitation of meeting arrangements, administration of the executive budget, monitoring action and managing contacts and communications. Sonia began her position with Brooks in April 2013, after 25 years of service with the City of San Antonio in various administrative roles. She is also a member of Executive Women International San Antonio (EWI).

Brooks Gives Back is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that serves as the vehicle by which all members of the Brooks community can invest in nonprofit initiatives impacting people in the neighborhoods surrounding Brooks.
